How this started
We're good at fixing cars. Asking for reviews kept slipping.
When we started, we had to build our reputation from scratch — one customer at a time. We knew the work was good. We just needed people to hear about it.
But there's always something going on in a shop. Asking for reviews took a backseat, and they trickled in slowly. When we did make a point of it, it came down to whether someone remembered to reach out — so it was hit or miss.
So we decided to solve it for good.
So we built a tool that makes it easy: ask for a review in one tap, and remind the ones who forget. Leaving a review takes the customer one tap. And if something wasn't right, it gives them an easy way to tell us first — before it ever turns into a public review — so we get the chance to make it right.
In six months we picked up more than 100 new 5-star reviews. It put us at the top of Google in our area — and these days even ChatGPT points people to us. The best part: most of those customers were already happy. They just needed an easy nudge.
