We're a shop, not an ad company. Here's what we do with your information, plainly.

Brian's Tools is run by Brian's Automotive & Performance, 1134 E Main, Puyallup, WA 98372. This policy covers this website and the tools you sign up for at hub.brians-tools.com. Effective July 7, 2026.

What we collect

When you sign up: your name, email, and your shop's name. When you use the tools: what the tool needs from the shop-management system you connect (repair orders, customers, invoices — whatever the specific tool works on) plus enough usage records to run the product and fix problems.

On this website: we count our own page visits with our own counter, and we remember in your browser how you first found us so we know whether our advertising works. No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no ad-network trackers.

Payment

Cards are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us — we never see it or store it.

Your customers' data

The tools read data from your shop-management system to do their jobs, and some send text messages to your customers on your behalf. That data stays yours. We don't sell it, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't touch it for anything except making the tool you bought work.

Cookies

A sign-in cookie so the tools know it's you, and a marker that remembers you've visited before. That's it. No third-party ad cookies.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't send marketing to your customers.

Deleting your data

Email support@brians-tools.com and we'll delete your account and its data. Some billing records have to stay for tax and accounting rules.
